Radio Interview: Paul Willis on ABC Brisbane – Ruddock Review

Prof. Paul Willis, NSL Ambassador, speaks on Philip Ruddock's Religious Freedom Review, to which NSL has been invited to give evidence today.  Paul focuses on the Sex Discrimination Act which allows religions to discriminate purely on the basis of religion, when ‘hiring or firing’ employees from any religious institution running a business in health, education, welfare, aged care, or sundry other enterprises.

Paul is joined by Hunter, a lawyer who works in the field of employment discrimination, and also by Michael, a same-sex teacher who was dismissed at the end of his teaching contract.
