2CC Canberra: Luck Beck interview with Leon Delaney on Religious Discrimination Act:

Luke discusses Christian Porter's draft bill on religious freedom and points out the bill may well be unconstitutional.  He also refers to Section 41 of the bill which give unprecedented freedom for religious institutions to harm and discriminate against others, while being immune from prosecution from the non-religious.  Rather than a "shield", the draft bill gives religion a very large and heavy "sword" to attack others.
